Healing in connection....

Reclaim your innate wisdom and personal agency by learning to connect from the inside out in a safe & supportive container.

Is this work right for you?

If you want to improve your relationship to your physical body and emotional heart space, are having difficulty moving on from past experiences, are feeling disconnected from your intuition or are lacking a sense of purpose and joy, this work may be a wonderful catalyst to your healing.  I bear witness to profound shifts that, when combined with dedication to a strong integration practice, can result in real life transformation.

This is a somatic-based psychotherapeutic approach that can gently uncover and releases layers of childhood traumas, suppressed emotions, and physiological blockages.  This stuck energy is at the root of many diseases, and it can sometimes be confronting to examine.  It is important that clients are  ready and willing to look within and take full responsibility for their own healing journey.

About Me.

As a physical therapist and yoga therapist with a combined 23 years of experience, my area of expertise is healing through the physical body and the emotional heart space.  My approach is slow and attuned as I allow clients the space to guide their own journeys and make meaning from their experiences.  I have walked alongside hundreds of clients as they reconnect back to their bodies, learn to regulate their nervous systems, and find purpose through their pain.  It is an honor and a joy to witness all humans in their fullest expression.  I hope to walk that path with you...

My offering is a structured five-week program that includes both preparation and integration sessions.  Each offering is customized to your specific intentions and shapes itself around your healing journey.  Sessions are available both in person and online.  I also offer additional ongoing support at an hourly rate depending on your needs.

“When I met Shelley, she asked me about my goals for her process.  I told her that I felt my heart was calcified.  I had no idea how much she would change my life.  She helped me make incredible discoveries about myself and how I relate to my family and the world.  She walked with me through some awful past experiences that I had buried most of my life.  Shelley has an incredible gift for holding a safe space.  I trust her.  From our initial prep interviews, through the journey, and throughout the integration, Shelley kept me on track and in line with my intentions and integration work.  She also took care to make sure everyone in our home felt comfortable and informed with her process.
On the other side of this experience, I have a new heart.  My relationships with my family, friends, and clients reach deeper.  I'm not always seeking outside distractions, but instead can go within.  Without a doubt, I attribute this life change to my work with Shelley and her amazing gifts."
